Terms of Service
Last updated: October 14, 2026
Haydi is a tour and group management service for tour companies, guides, operations teams and participants. It is not a dating, social media or fitness service.
Service operator: Mustafa Karataş — individual developer/operator, Türkiye.
Support and privacy: support@hayditur.com
1. Scope and roles
Haydi may provide tour information, invitations, participant lists, itineraries, meetings and check-ins, live location, announcements, messaging, media and notifications. Roles are Traveler, Guide, Assistant Guide, Operations and Company Admin. Access and actions depend on role and authorization by the relevant tour company.
2. Accounts and access
A Traveler uses a tour-company invitation link, QR code or code and selects their identity from the participant list to create an anonymous device-linked session. Staff sign in with an e-mail/password account created by company invitation. Users must protect credentials, invitations and device access, and report unauthorized use. Selecting another person's identity or using another person's account is prohibited. Authorized staff can also sign in to the company web panel with the same staff account.
3. Tour-company responsibilities
- Supply participant and staff data lawfully, accurately and currently.
- Grant roles and tour access only where needed, and remove former staff access.
- Verify itineraries, meetings, emergencies and operational information.
- Inform participants about the company's own data handling and mandatory records.
- Have the necessary legal basis for participant and staff data it supplies to Haydi, and meet its notice obligations for processing where it is the controller.
- The data-processing roles and commercial terms between the tour company and Haydi are subject to a separate agreement between them.
4. Guide and operations responsibilities
Guides, Assistant Guides, Operations staff and Company Admins must use accessed data only to manage the relevant tour, protect participant privacy, and use announcement, check-in, assignment and messaging tools within their authority. Haydi does not replace emergency services.
5. Traveler responsibilities
Travelers must select the correct identity, follow tour rules, respect others' rights and ensure their content is lawful. The tour booking, transport, insurance, visa, accommodation and tour service itself remain subject to the tour company's terms; Haydi does not claim to sell those services.
6. Location
Location sharing depends on permission and active-tour status. Accuracy varies with device, network and environment and must not be treated as the sole source for safety decisions. Users can change device permission and use the in-app sharing control. The lead guide's location is shown to the tour's Travelers and the company's operations team during an active tour. Tracking, exporting or misusing another person's location is prohibited.
7. Messaging and content
Users must not share threats, harassment, hate speech, illegal content, malware, privacy violations or content that infringes intellectual-property rights. Users must hold the rights and permissions needed for what they share. Reporting and blocking tools may be used for safety; reported content may be reviewed through an authorized process.
8. Availability
The service may be interrupted by maintenance, network or provider failure, device restrictions, force majeure or security needs. Haydi does not guarantee that location or notifications arrive continuously or immediately. Users should maintain suitable alternative channels for critical tour and emergency communication.
9. Account security and closure
Staff should change their password and notify their company administrator if access is suspected. Leaving one tour is different from deleting a Traveler identity. Travelers and staff can initiate permanent deletion in the app; users who cannot access the app can send a deletion request to support@hayditur.com. See Account Deletion.
10. Intellectual property
Rights in the Haydi brand, interface and service software belong to their respective owners. User content remains owned by the user or other rights holder; operating the service requires storing, processing and displaying it to authorized recipients.
11. Fees and payment
The reviewed mobile app contains no user subscription, in-app purchase or payment flow. If one is introduced, these terms and store disclosures must be updated before use. Plan and subscription terms for tour companies are set by a separate commercial agreement; no payments are taken through the platform.
12. Liability and nature of the service
To the fullest extent allowed by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available.” Haydi does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation or that location, notifications, or information supplied by users or tour companies will always be accurate. Haydi is not the organizer or seller of the tour and does not replace emergency services. Nothing here excludes mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including fraud or intentional misconduct.
13. Suspension and termination
Content or features may be restricted and access may be suspended or terminated where terms are breached, users or the service are at risk, abuse occurs, or law/platform rules require it. Where appropriate, a user may contact support@hayditur.com for support or review. Users can stop using the service and delete their account through the in-app flow.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without depriving users of mandatory protections under the law of their residence. Disputes are handled by the competent courts or authorities under applicable law. Non-waivable consumer rights are not limited.
15. Changes and contact
These Terms may be updated for service, legal, security or operational changes. Material changes will be communicated through an appropriate channel and the updated date will be published. Contact support@hayditur.com for questions and privacy requests.
